All of our employees share the same passion for being creative, and the same goal of providing the best possible services to our clients. We are passionate and proud people and the integrity of our work is of the utmost importance.

Our Company Culture

We believe that a positive work environment and a balanced lifestyle is required to produce top results. We also understand that all individuals are unique, and that some people might be more productive by working in different conditions than others. Here at Saelstrom we offer flexible hours and pride ourselves in encouraging ROWE, a Results Only Work Environment, where everyone has a clear idea of their responsibilities. By setting goals to achieve desired results, employees are able to advance not only within their field but also grow beyond their comfort zone.

Recognizing that vision and initiative are critical to maintain progression and passion at work, we offer our employees 20% of their time in the office for themselves. This time can be used to develop, create, or design anything you want. Many applications we've come to love (i.e. Gmail) have been the result of this type of work environment and we are extremely happy to adopt this type of system. The Saelstrom team is currently using their "free-time" to develop two exciting and new top-secret projects that will be released in the near future.
